Our work is to exemplify, teach and steward collaboration as a means of facilitating creative emergence and complex problem solving. We help bring the talent, experience and vantage point of each group member to bare in meeting the challenges confronting organizations and communities.

Leading through collaboration
Tomorrow Makers teaches collaborative leadership as a means to enabling groups and organizations to utilize the resources, strengths, creativity, talents, expertise and experience within their community to do extraordinary work together. Our emphasis is in face-to-face collaborative technologies, process facilitation and organizational learning.

Gail and Todd have been designing, creating and facilitating group interactions together for over 20 years and have more than 55 years combined of practical experience in the field. Working with executives and leadership teams, they have learned, developed and applied a deep and robust system of models, patterns, processes and tools to enable organizations to creatively and effectively address challenges, take advantage of emergent opportunities, and expand the realm of possibility.

We offer our body of knowledge and expertise to individual designers, teachers, facilitators and artists whose work is to release the Group Genius within their community or organization.

Each Leading through Collaboration program is co-designed and customized and typically runs from 3 to 12 months. Leaders can expect their teams and organizations to accelerate learning and decision making processes, become more aligned across vantage points and operational functions, and generate higher levels of creativity and innovative thinking.

Creating experiences in collaboration
What makes a gathering more than the sum of its parts? How can themes, sessions, content, the physical environment and the expertise of participants be interwoven and meaningfully connected?

Given the abundance of choices of process tools, techniques, location and subject matter expertise, what are the meta-structures and -processes that release Group Genius? How can we realize a rich, meaningful experience, powerful relationships and stronger capacities for action?

With a good design process it is relatively easy to take a standard workshop and turn it into something transformational. Our processes are designed to enrich each person's imagination and ability to bring into coherence their own individual, community, and planatary actions.

Wayfinding: Exploring The Adjacent Possible
Historically, wayfinding refers to the techniques used by travelers over land and sea to find relatively unmarked and often mislabeled routes. Since we are traveling into an unknown future, a good wayfinding process can help us decide when, how, and where to go. It can help us find unmarked and often mislabeled routes deep into future opportunities, perhaps helping us avoid treacherous paths and dangerous assumptions.

Our way of Wayfinding involves bringing people from diverse backgrounds, experiences and vantage points into a process to discover and calibrate to new patterns and relationships that are forming as the new paradigm unfolds.
